I am excited to announce that today I will be launching a new phase and format for my ongoing collaborations with my dear friend Shemaia Skywater. Our project tentatively named “Sonic Dream Yoga Nidra” combines Yoga Nidra with conscious live instrumentation. Shemaia brings with her almost 40 years of experience in the worlds of yoga and sound, tons of comfy props, and an extensive array of amazing instruments.

Tonight’s 2 hour event from 7-9pm and Om Shala Yoga on south G street in Arcata includes the Sonic Dream Nidra practice followed by a Reiki enhanced Soundbath. The price for this unique and memorable earth day themed evening is set at $40 and we still have a few spots remaining. Registration is not required and you can pay cash at the door. I know this is incredibly late notice for tonight but this will be an ongoing monthly event series and the next session is scheduled for Sunday May 15 at Om Shala.
